Bandits attack Hayan Habuja village in Kaduna State’s Birnin-Gwari Local Government Area, leaving three dead and eight abducted. This assault follows a similar attack just days prior.
On Tuesday, at around 3 PM, armed bandits raided the village, with two fatalities reported on the scene and four individuals taken hostage. Additionally, while departing the area, the bandits killed another resident and seized four more.
Authorities, including the police and Kaduna State government, have yet to issue statements regarding the incident. Abdurrashid Abarshi, Secretary-General of the Birnin-Gwari Emirate Progressive Union (BEPU), relayed the details to Channels Television, emphasizing the need for swift action to address the escalating security challenges.
