Tinubu Promises a Nation of Pride to Nigerians

Renewed Commitment

President Bola Tinubu promises to build a nation that every Nigerian will be proud of. Speaking on Wednesday in Abuja, he stressed that infrastructure development remains a top priority under his Renewed Hope Agenda. Tinubu’s administration focuses on projects that bridge the gap between urban and rural areas.

Major Infrastructure Projects

At the inauguration of the Inner Southern Expressway extension, Tinubu, represented by Vice President Kashim Shettima, highlighted the significance of this project. Named the Goodluck Ebele Jonathan Expressway, this road symbolises connectivity and accessibility. It is the sixth major project inaugurated in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) within the first year of his administration.

Symbol of Connectivity

The President described the newly opened road as more than just a construction project. It symbolises his administration’s resolve to ensure development reaches all corners of Nigeria, not just the cities. He assured that many more strategic projects are in the pipeline to meet the evolving needs of residents and support sustainable development.

Future Projects

Tinubu’s administration plans to unveil more strategic projects across the FCT. These initiatives aim to upgrade existing infrastructure and introduce new developments that foster a sustainable and prosperous future. He reiterated his commitment to prioritising infrastructure as a cornerstone of his agenda, empowering the people, and fulfilling his promises.

Commendation for FCT Minister

Vice President Shettima praised FCT Minister Nyesom Wike for his dedication to making these projects a reality. He lauded Wike as one of the best appointments in the history of Nigeria’s democratic dispensation. The minister’s efforts have been crucial in advancing the administration’s infrastructure goals.
