In a tragic recurrence of violence, gunmen once again carried out a deadly attack on the Tilengpat Pushit community situated in the Mangu Local Government Area of Plateau State, Nigeria. The brazen attack resulted in the loss of twelve lives, casting a somber shadow over the region.

Markus Argue, Chairman of the Mangu Local Government Area, confirmed the grim news, expressing shock and outrage at the senseless violence perpetrated against the community. Speaking to reporters in Jos on Friday, Argue lamented the loss of life and condemned the wanton brutality unleashed upon unsuspecting women and children.
As the community grapples with the aftermath of the tragedy, local leaders and law enforcement agencies have launched investigations to unravel the motives behind the heinous crimes and bring the perpetrators to justice. The identities of the victims have yet to be disclosed, pending notification of their families.
