In the latest development of the ongoing feud between the renowned Nigerian music duo, P-Square, Paul Okoye, known as Rudeboy, has accused his twin brother Peter Okoye, known as Mr. P, of re-recording a song titled “Winning” without permission. The song, which is part of Mr. P’s newly released two-track EP, has stirred controversy among their fans, who were once hopeful of a reunion between the siblings.
Rudeboy Shares Demo, Claims Ownership
On November 8, 2024, Rudeboy took to Instagram to share a demo version of “Winning,” stating he had originally written and performed the song. His post included a caption criticising the producer for allegedly mishandling the track, with Rudeboy expressing his frustration over Mr. P’s re-recording of the song without crediting him. “Am I supposed to release another version? Just a simple thing: Bring six songs, let me bring six songs,” Rudeboy wrote, adding that “Winning” was one of the six tracks he had submitted for a planned reunion album.

The feud, which dates back nearly a decade, has seen multiple public altercations. Earlier this year, the brothers, along with their older brother Jude Okoye, engaged in a heated dispute involving financial accusations.
